  • Do I need to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure a booking?
    In order to secure a booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of £75 for bookings up to £250 and £100 for bookings exceeding £250. The remaining total must be paid up to 14 days prior to the event date.
  • How much space do you need for the Photo Booth?
    We require a 3m x 3m area to allow us to setup the Photo Booth with a backdrop. We also require 2.5m ceiling height for our backdrops. If your package does not include a backdrop then the space can be reduced.
  • Does the Photo Booth require a power source?
    The Photo Booth itself requires 1 mains plug socket. However, if the package includes equipment such as a neon sign, printer, additional lighting etc then we will require 2 mains plug sockets within 5m of the Photo Booth.
  • What access do you require to the event?
    Dependant on the package, we require close and level access to the Photo Booth area from the entrance door that is useable. Our equipment can be quite heavy so we don't want to be walking too far with it! Also, it's advisable that the Photo Booth is positioned close to the access door so we are not carry equipment past guests.
  • How long does it take to setup and breakdown the equipment?
    On average it takes around 30-45 minutes for setup and the same for breakdown depending on package size and access to Photo Booth location. If the package is booth only, this takes around 15 minutes.
  • Do you require full payment before the service period?
    Yes, we require an initial non-refundable deposit to book the photo booth and then full payment up to 14 days prior to the service period. If booking for an event that is in less that 14 days, full payment will be required for booking.
  • Do you require WIFI for the Photo Booth?
    We have our own mobile hotspot to provide WIFI for the Photo Booth. If you let us know which mobile service provider is best at the venue then we can make sure we have the right SIM card for the event. See the question below regarding no mobile coverage.
  • There is no WIFI or mobile coverage at the venue. Will the Photo Booth still work?
    Yes! If there is no mobile coverage or WIFI at the venue then the Photo Booth will still work. All event captures will be delivered within 24 hours and also uploaded to the live gallery in this time-frame. If guests have airdrop then the captures can still be shared instantly via this method. Printing is also not effected by no WIFI or mobile coverage.
