Bertie’s Booth Co. (‘we’/‘us’) is the controller for personal data that is processed via this website, on social media, or any other method of communication used to deliver all services to you, the customer. Personal data is information that can be used to identify someone, and it’s important that it’s processed in line with data protection legislation, such as the UK General Data Protection Regulation & Data Protection Act 2018.

When you contact Bertie’s Booth Co., we use your contact details that you provide to discuss any queries you may have about our services, or to book our services for your special occasion. This means that you may provide us with:

Bertie’s Booth:
When using the photobooth, images will be captured of you, and can be provided to you via a link, either by a text, email, or air drop. If you decide to provide a phone number of email address, Bertie’s Booth Co. will not retain this information, but it will only be used to provide you with your images!
How we store your personal information:
Your information is securely stored by Bertie’s Booth and kept for 5 years, and then deleted. Photos are stored on the application itself.
